Throughout the course you will be given your own working area and all the necessary tools. Great emphasis will be placed on problem solving and practising difficult cuts. To achieve this you will work in a specially prepared bay with all the usual cutting problems E.G around sinks, toilets and wall switches. You will be encouraged to design your own wall and floor patterns and complete a tiling job. You will work to your own speed under the supervision of a qualified tutor. Your tutor will guide you demonstrating the best place to start and how to set out your tiling project.
Good tilers are in high demand. You will leave this course with a good working knowledge of methods and techniques that will enable you to approach any job with confidence in a professional manner.
