| | Terms & Conditions | | We would like everyone on our courses to enjoy a safe, friendly and valuable learning experience. To ensure this happens we have a small number of terms and conditions. Please read through these carefully prior to booking. Call us on 0161 432 8988 if you have any queries regarding any of the points below. - A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 should be sent to us with your application form to secure your place on the course. On receipt of this you will receive a confirmation letter or phone call confirming the date of the course you have been booked on to. The balance is due at least 14 days prior to the course start date or can be paid on the 1st day of the course providing you are paying with cash. If the payment is not received you will not be allowed to attend the course.
- The course fee covers the use of all tools, materials and protective gear required for your course, plus a tool kit, manual and DVD for you to take away with you on completion of the course.
- You may use the DVD for your personal learning. You may not publicly broadcast the films and or training manuals in any public place without consent from the copyright owners. You may not copy the material or any part thereof. To do so without the consent of the copyright owner is an illegal act. The copyright and all other property rights in the course will remain the sole and exclusive property of The Plastering and Tiling School of Excellence.
- Cancellations of your course: Fees excluding deposits are refundable if written cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to you course start date, otherwise the full fee becomes payable.
- Movement of course date: We understand circumstances may occur that would mean you are unable to attend the course and may need to change your course date. A new course date may be offered to you at the discretion of The Plastering, Tiling and Bricklaying School of Excellence.
- The Plastering, Tiling and Bricklaying School of Excellence reserves the right to alter booking arrangements if necessary and has the right to refuse any application.
- Health and Safety: Equipment is provided and students will be advised at the beginning of the course on how to use it. The Plastering, Tiling and Bricklaying School of Excellence will accept no responsibility for any injury whilst not following the safety guidelines. Each student attends the course at their own risk.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to determine that the course is suitable for their requirements and they are competent to achieve the objectives on the course.
- The Plastering, Tiling and Bricklaying School of Excellence will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of any negligence by any person attending the course as a student.
- The Plastering, Tiling and Bricklaying School of Excellence cannot be held responsible for accommodation. Any information provided is to assist you in your search for accommodation. You are responsible for your own accommodation booking.
