The advanced skimming course is suitable for students who have already completed our hand plastering course or have got some experience in the plastering trade and would like to improve their technique and speed.

The advanced skimming course is a very good way to practise everything you have learnt on the Hand Plastering Course.  The walls that you will be working on will be a much larger version than the walls you would have worked on on our Hand Plastering Courses as you will be more experienced.   

You can attend the course straight after the Hand Plastering Course or separately whenever you want.

• The key to speeding up your skimming technique
• Re-skimming over plastered walls
• Re-skimming over very large areas
• Skimming from skirting boards
• Learning how to achieve the perfect mix

The course duration:

Monday to Thursday 9.30am-4.30pm
or
Saturday and Sunday 9.30am-4.30pm over two consecutive weekends.

The cost for the advanced plastering course is weekday £280.00 & weekend £300.00

8 Day Hand Plastering Courses run from Monday to Thursday 9.30am until 4.30pm over 2 consecutive weeks.  
You will learn everything that you would learn on the 4 Day Hand Plastering Course and the 4 Day Advanced Skimming course but you will do the courses back to back so that everything is fresh in your mind
